So I guess I am one of the only people who take the time to provide some feedback.... I will use an analogy...If you bought a membership to a health and fitness center becsuse they have an indoor pool, but every time you go, the pool is closed, what reasons would you have to continue going? In some form or another, this app (or possibly the persons tasked with maintaining it? ) never has full functionality. Zero transparency , its as if there is little to no acknowledgement!!

So since the update, I'm not getting any of my points when entering tickets. It's saying they were entered but I've been at the same numbers of points, no matter how many tickets I scan, for a very long time. I don't know what's going on but they need to fix that. Uninstalling until they do cause the rest of the app is pointless too.

Redeeming points to play games in the app now just steals your points! No matter which game I play, when I lose, it deducts the points I wagered and let's me replay like normal. And when I win, it will say You Won! while not awarding me any prize and not deducting the points I wagered on that play. You lose, you pay. You win, you get nothing. Need to pull the app from the play store until you get it fixed since it's literally stealing earned points from your customers.

After an update, cannot scan tickets. Error. Happens every time and takes weeks to fix. Trash. Update 7.20.24 this app is still trash, not as much as the website though. After scanning a few Tix, the camera no longer will focus. I have to exit the app, re-login and scan. Anyone ever wonder if the app is wrong and we've thrown away high value Tix? Yeah...me too. Better start checking them traditionally.

Recent update broke EVERYTHING! Shows no data for winning numbers only blanks or lines. Won't allow me to login and all of my reward points may be gone. Won't allow scanning of tickets!!! It's ALL broken!!!! Uninstalled and reinstalled and data back for a minute then gone when opening app again. Scanning still broken. Downloaded and reinstalled a second time and it's ALL STILL BROKEN!!!

I've been using this app for going on 5 years now. I never had problem with it until last month when it stopped scanning my instant tickets and the games stopped working.im a devoted customer and the fact that I can't scan my tickets and log my points has enraged me. My recommendation for others would beit used to be a great a. But the people who created it has allowed it to be sloppy. My suggestion is to either gore someone who can fix itorcreate a new app that works!

The My Lottery Rewards program allows you to add only 1200pts per month! That's ridiculous since the amount of points it takes to cash in for anything is so high you have to collect the 1200pts every month for SEVERAL YEARS to cash in for anything even worth having. How can you work towards a prize when it takes so long to accumulate points that by the time you build the points you need the item is likely outdated, obsolete & no longer available as a prize option? DO BETTER OHIO LOTTERY!!

Scanner does not work well except natural light. Overall the application is terrible. Constantly closes and experiences errors when trying to redeem rewards. Im using a mainstream Samsung phone. It's not the phone. UPDATE: Just got another phone Same thing. Switch to another company for the app. If a private comapny had the same performance, it would not be tolerated. Since this is a state sponsored app....
