I am very disappointed. I have been using this app for 5 years and lost my data. After the update, everything changed to Thai language only, and I also lost all the story data that I had scanned and purchased.Additionally, the server is now only the Thailand server, which makes all the stories in the search results appear in Thai. Please provide a solution on how to recover the lost data and add servers from other countries.

"Delete" option in chat mode had been removed. Once you add a character chat or write a status buble : 1) you can't remove it. 2) you can't switch it up or down (it's used to be able, back then). Chat pages hold its potential, but it was truly handful to manage. now it was worse with the losing "delete" option. ironic. //i have redownload this app several times. But still, it's not fixed//

Countries: I would really appreciate it if there was a U.K. or U.S.A option since even if I select the language English, there are plenty of things I can't read since it's in a different language. Not to mention, pretty much all of things on the description of the app are written in English, so it can be a bit misleading. All in all, I would really like it if there was a U.S.A or U.K. option or if you completely translate the words and tabs. Thank you.

I love this app, its so amazing! Im so excited to share this to my friends but the problem is that there is no content of US or any countries that speaks in English. It would be great if you added some countries that usually speaks English, so that the international people can use this app and enjoy creating and reading each other's stories. Anyway that's the only problem that i have to speak of, still i give this app a 5 star rates :) i hope you added one.

Everytime when I make new stories, I can't save because it always says "no longer available". Fix this

I like the joylada feature which is unique & different. But it's better if the new feature is focused on the author. The YouTube link or whatever to be able to play. Ex, later there will be an additional song as an accompaniment to reading stories, hopefully for gifs it can also be from the gallery itself, the social media feature is not updated, a version that is similar to the original social media, please understand because from the start joylada itself is a writing platform, thank you.

The preview and photos on the app store are misleading. I downloaded the app expecting there to be an English option however nothing is in English. It's actually quite misleading and I don't appreciate it. However, the layout and stuff is definitely great... I just don't like the fact that you guys make people believe the app is in English and it isn't.

i love that in joylada we can make another unique way to write a story but sadly there used to be a Indonesia server(?) avaliable but not anymore. I'm hoping to atleast Joylada able to open new servers for people who cant speaks thai to be able to enjoy and make stories with joylada. Especially Indonesia and international server (English)
