This app is absolute GARBAGE Open Table only maintains the app for Apple users. Android? Open Table could care less! The recent upgrade is absolutely HORRIBLE. This is supposed to be an improvement? If I add "visit notes", the app will not save them, no matter what I try to do. I have it set that it "remembers me", but it kicks me out every other time, and I have to log in manually. Super glitchy. @Open Table, as the biggest reservation platform out there, why can't you seem get your S together?

The app works well enough, but lacks key features and has a clunky UI. More access to manager functions is a must. I should be able to do everything I can do on the desktop from the app on my phone or it will never get 5 stars. Update: It's been almost 2 years since my original review and still no improvement. Knocking it down to 1-star for lack of care and a still trash app.

Not receiving reservation notifications since last update. Most functions/features have been moved to IOS app. Even some features available through a web browser, such as turning off reservations, have been disabled. Uninstalled/ reinstalled app... now crashes everytime I try to open app. Customer service is horrendous. OpenTable has seriously regressed

Improved, but has a long way to go. The app does have some utility now that reservation creation has finally been added to the Android version. It is however sorely lacking in other key areas. Occasional buggy behavior isn't uncommon. All the functions available on the GuestCenter webpage should be available in the app.

This is awful, the app always crashes or doesn't work well on my phone. I have to refresh multiple times and close the app multiple times just to view the day. My co-worker has an iPhone and it seems that the app company tailors to iPhone and leaves the android app in the dust. I can't even view reviews on here or do half the things they can do on the iPhone app. extremely frustrated and extremely unsatisfying. 1 star.

My high volume restaurant downloaded this back in January or February, right after the holidays which is our busiest season (thank GOD they waited), because this app is a complete and total MESS. The old Open Table was frustrating sometimes, sure, but this is on a whole other level. Waited to give a bad review because I can be a pessimist, so I gave it a chance and guess what? I still HATE it, 7-8 months later. Unfortunately reviews only allow for 500 characters because I could go on and on.

9/11/24 Still Useless... Makes SevenRooms look like a luxury platform. Android app may as well not exist. LAND LORD SPECIAL "SUPPORT" After 3 months of our company going back to them for our reservation system, I'm confident we could get out of our contracts due to lack of support ALONE! Zero trust in a company that buys other brands to bury their tech instead of utilizing it. If you're in a race to the bottom or want to ensure your management gets zero answers for weeks on end, you're Home!

If I can give a negative star I would, definitely not optimized for android, I have to constantly relog just to have the app barely working. Really ridiculous considering how many restaurants and employees of restaurants use this app. Not everyone is an iPhone user.
