Bought a pitmaster and paid to have the Wifi functionality, had to replace the controller, good service on that part. But then the App wont work, I contacted customer service again, and they just say- wait for an update and meanwhile be happy your grill is working without the app. Well from my viewpoint i have not received the functionality i have payed for. so Do not buy a pitboss and if you do, dont waste your money on the WIFI. Jeeez

The basic of the app is functional and let you control temp and set max temp on the meat, but nothing more. The part of the app that control the smoker is at best, very basic, slow and buggy. The smoker it self is fantastic!! And the recipe in the app is a nice touch, but the part in the app that controls the smoker need a major overhaul. Hoping that Pit Boss wanna put more effort in there app so it match there smoker and grill, and also there slogan. Please!! upgrade the app!!

please iterate on the grill graph. missing celsius unit and there is a 10 min discrepancy viewing the graph in vertical and horizontal. example: vertical view says cook time is 17min horizontal says 27min.
