Used to work fine, then when I tried to transfer my old notes to a new phone it just refused to read the majority of them, like they didn't exist. I triple checked that all the file names were correct, and they were, but still it kept saying "no notes found to import" so whatever there are other apps out there.

DO NOT USE!!!! THIS APP DOESNT WORK ANYMORE!!! It's an amazing app. I've used it for several years, but here lately, it keeps crashing. I've tried reinstalling it and clearing my cache, but it hasn't helped. It needs an update. Otherwise, it's very useful and user-friendly!! Please fix it!! UPDATE: Since the update everything is working, so far. The bugs seem to be fixed. Thank you!!!

I've been using this app for years. It's infinitely better than what's included with the base software from Samsung.... In all honesty, Samsung should work out a deal to include it with the base software. The only issue I ever had was trying to transfer my notes from my old phone to the new one, and a quick email to the devs solved that right away. The app is great and the customer service is even better. I could not have a better experience than I have had.

I had hundreds of notes on this app, it was good for making notes for sure. One major problem I found was the cloud storage. This function should save notes on the actual account of the user, not the device. My phone got hacked and I had to factory reset. Fearing for my data on this app being deleted, I redownload the app and lo and behold, all my data is gone and there is no option for cloud data recovery unless I subscribe. Very disappointing and dissatisfying

Used to be a solid app. Somehow my apps updated, and now it's absolutely unusable. There's a long ad just to open it (which takes way too long to open as it is), and then there's a loud 10-15 second ad to open a checklist. Absolutely WILD that the developer thought a basic checklist app called for this level of absolutely terrible advertisements that completely ruin the app.

Update: They've updated the app since I last went to use it. Redownloaded to see if what they said was true. Didn't see any popup ads when opening it. A change I greatly approve of. Was going to switch to a different notepad app but I am happy this one can still be used. Was very disappointed to see popup ads when I updated the app last time. All seems well now. Cudos to the creator.

It seems every update screws something up! 1 of the numbers I have in a note, changes every couple of days. It is 7 digits so the app assumes (incorrectly) that it is a phone number. So apparently, I can't delete phone numbers. So instead of deleting a few digits and putting in the new ones, now I have to delete the entire 10 line note and start over. For the most part, I only need to change part of the last 2 lines. So I guess I'll have to find a different notepad for this one note.

I have been using Notepad for several years now. I have always been a big fan of this app. I never had any issues with it, and it stored many, many important notes for me on my phone. I really liked that those notes were stored on my phone where I could easily access them. One day the app was working without issue. Then, later that day the app crashed. I updated it and after the update all the most recent notes I had saved were gone. The app reverted to old saved data. I am so disappointed.
