The app is literally unusable. It crashes every time I open it. I continued with my legacy account and the app won't load anymore. Even after uninstall and reinstalling it, it will not work.

Been a pluckers club paid member for a while. The paid membership would offer a free appetizer each visit with paid meals. Now that the app has been "upgraded" the original paid members are being set aside for the new monthly and yearly payment plans. We all supported and helped you grow and now we are set aside. At least you could of let the original supporters keep their perks.

I just downloaded this app today and never, not once, could I open the tab for online ordering nor the menu (which they both redirect to the same place). I'm using a Moto Z Force and it's a shame that I didn't get the benefit/courtesy to use the app as it was intended. The system simply didn't respond and after several seconds and even minutes, I'd get an error message stating that the app stopped working (with an option to reopen).

This is the first time I've rated an app. It has numerous bugs. Points dissappear, when you scan a receipt it'll say that it's not available... Try again & it'll say that you've already scanned it. So you get zero points. I'm just going to get Wings somewhere else. The reward program has just gotten more and more difficult to save your earned points.

Everything in the app is laid out well. It is easy to use and functions great Except the Online Ordering. The online ordering tab lets you select delivery or pickup, and freezes after the selection is made. It does not allow you to select a time or enter a location. Phone keyboard will not popup and the app has to be closed and reopened. Having location turned on does not change anything. Using a Galaxy Note 8. Please provide a fix.

Preferred the cards. The app is well designed and looks good but still relies too heavily on the wait staff to follow through on rewards and discounts. So there is practically no difference between the two except now I have to have another app thats cluttering my phone. If the codes produced from the app automatically took the discounts and rewards off the ticket, this would be a five star review.

Ordering from the app does not work at all. when you click on the location in the list to order, the loading icon just spins forever.

Won't finish the registration, once I get to special request and hit skip. The app freezes. Did it three times
