Same as everyone else having a problem connecting to printer. Super annoying I printed 30 photos a week or two ago. Now it will not connect. Have tried everything, mobile data, wifi, restarting phone, reinstalling the app, clearing bluetooth cache, going to call on Monday to see if they can help sort it out. There is clearly a problem with this app with so many people having the same issue!

My husband surprised me with this wonderful idea for my birthday, and I was so excited! I went to set it up today.... But as many others have stated, I cannot connect the printer. Bluetooth on my phone finds the printer, and it connects for a second, maybe two, but will never connect again. App never finds the printer. SOOOOO disappointed! 😞 PLEEEEEEASE FIX IT!

Stressful rather than fun :( Using an S10 and the app keeps saying "We couldn't find your printer" eventhough it's right next to it, and yes, it's turned on. Even my bluetooth keeps saying it can't connect to the device. Is this a problem with my phone, or an issue w/ the mint device?? Can't tell, can't use, guess it's MINT to be returned...

Should've looked at reviews before purchasing the printer. I was so excited to get the device and print little pictures and yet the app won't connect to the printer. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because now I'm stuck with a device that can't even work:'( EDIT: got it to work apparently you need to have location and bluetooth on. once you get it working its not bad. some prints come out a little fuzzier then I expected but my guess is the lighting used in the picture.

Firmware update that won't go away. My boyfriend got me this as a super cute gift, I was super excited to use it and I'm not even sure if it's the printer or the app bc i can't even try it since the app keeps saying that it needs a firmware update and every time i try to update it just sends me to a loading screen. One time it finally said that I had too slow of connection but my internet is working just fine. Also none of the links work that they give you.

Buggy and not usable with Google photos or Dropbox photos. Hard to print any but recent shots. It does have a Google photo integration, but wants waaaay too many account permissions it doesn't need. This smacks of greed. It doesn't work with Dropbox photos. And you can't send a photo to this app from another app using share ( literally every other allows this). Poorly thought-out and seemingly dishonest thanks to the permissions -scraping.

Cant even print. Trying to print a collage and all I get is a faded screen and a spinning red circle. If you can't create anything with app what is the point of it. It's a pointless app that has clearly not been tested by the developers at all. Unless this app is only compatible with certain brands of phone. this app should be taken off the play store..

Just got my printer. Downloaded the app. Had a firmware update. It locked up before it finished. Had to shut it down and run it again. Printer turns itself off randomly. Edited my first picture. Got it to print. So dark compared to the photo on my phone. Went back to edit the brightness. When I tried to go back into the pic catalog, app locked up. Had to shut it down and reopen. Got pic open. Edited brightness up quite high. Reprinted. No change in the print itself. No update for app. Returning.
