I can log into the website from my desktop and laptop no problems. I try to log into the app assuming it is the same username and password. The app does not recognize my username and password as valid even though 2 minutes earlier I was able to log into the website from my computers at home!! What the hell man? I confirmed this process 3 times. This app has serious problems if people can't even log into it. For now this app is useless to me.

I am a real glutton for punishment, I downloaded this app inspite of all the bad reviews. My fault though, folk DO NOT waste your time with this app just use a computer. I was able to log in with the app but I cannot do anything else. I get an error for everything else I try to do. I logged in at home using my wifi so there's no data issues. Once I log in it just keep saying that it's retrieving my information but just doesn't load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same issue.

I have to one of the gullable fools that believes everything they see. I downloaded this app thinking it was a shortcut to the website. I entered all my information and added funds. I noticed there was a difference with my CC Balance vs what I see on my statement. The amount I added on this App does nkt show on my CC statement. I now have to dispute this with my CC company. Had I read the "ABOUT", I would have noticed they say, they are not affiliated with NY EZ Pass.

App does not allow me to log in with any of my credentials. And if you click "trouble logging in" it brings you back to the e-zpassny website where you can actually log in. Maybe this was meant to be a icon to link you to e-zpassny webpage and not an actual app.

It was good initially. Was using the app for a while. Then it finally happened. They charged my credit card but didn't credit my account. I called the toll free number, but nothing. Another app I guess I'm deleting.

this app absolutely makes zero sense I can log on easily through the web but as soon as I try my credentials on the app when it starts up that has an issue logging in. says that everything is incorrect but when I use the exact same stuff to sign in on the web it works.

After signing it it says "a verification code has been sent to your device" Oh yeah has it now? Which device? My phone? The tag device? And how has that supposed verification been sent? Did not receive any text or email, nothing. Stuck. Useless, user unfriendly app. Was any user testing ever performed before release this piece of failware?

Idk what everyone else is doing wrong, because it works just fine for me. Logged in using my EZ pass login info from the other app, and didn't have any issues. I like how you can put a nickname on your ez pass tag on this app though! Pretty sweet! 😬
