horrible UX. let me count thy ways: - no back button on appointment booking screens nor support for Android back (makes you start all steps over) - slow loading data times - sometimes errors out in scheduling appointments leaving you in blank page - search filters are buggy (treats choices as Hands instead of ORs) and don't help - no way to view provider info (need to switch to browser searches but then on return to foreground the app screens reload and start you over again)

Update.. I would request/recommend that a medication refill button be added to the top of the home page, like the schedule, message, test results, etc. You can do a lot but the screen where you write your comments or email to the care team, has the 'draft saved' over the last line, blocking the entire line with what you are typing. I also find it challenging to find people in the app to email. With some tweaks, this could be a great app.

With the mass of choices this app has its surprising that it has no option under appointments for a simple med refill (which I use once a month). With that I might be willing to give 5 stars. Oversite of a very important function. As an update, now the app doesn't work at all other than opening. Not only is it impossible to request a med refill (because of all the features it has, that's not one of them), now I can't schedule an appointment at all.

Dismal replacement to the CareHere app my provider was associated with. Lab work data is minimal, not able to see full chart on demand. Constantly sends you out to a browser so why even have the app, just use the web version. It's a "pretty app" for novices, but lacks functionality for those with more advanced needs.

The app does the job, but MPH have been sending all sorts of notifications lately, just random stuff, and there appears to be no easy (visible) way to be excluded from these notifications. I'm sick of receiving what I consider "spam" from every platform app, etc., and therfore I am giving an appropriate review. Deleting the app. Update: The app really doesn't do it's job well in hindsight. It is bare bones and is a poor replacement for the previous version, just an advertising vehicle.

I have a consistently bad experience with this app erroring and needing constant updates. When it works it's fine but half the time I open it it needs an update or I end up uninstalling and reinstalling it. I have missed more calls due to this app than any other I use. The user layout is fine but it's just not available consistently when I need it to be.

Nonstop distracting notifications, both through this app and SMS. For a simple glucose blood draw I must have received at least 8 different reminders and notifications which were totally useless and unnecessary. I was previously on OneMedical and Crossover Health and never faced all this spamming. Unfortunately my workplace decided to go to Premise but if this doesn't stop I will certainly terminate my relationship with them. Also, the app is super dated and doesn't even support biometrics.
