1.5kw panel heater. App Works ok for me. No issues like the others on here. Lowest you can set the thermostat to is 15 degrees which is annoying, why not lower??. My room is boiling and it still only says 14 degrees so I'm having to manually control it on and off. This seems like a basic feature to allow flexibility. My schedule seemed to fail to turn on today. Not sure why, but I'll keep an eye on that. Google integration works for basic on and off purposes with minimal setup.

Spyware. Demands creating an account with full address and everything about you, enforces Location access (for WiFi name!!!) and requires providing your WiFi password to them or it refuses to work. Collects IPs, device IDs, phone num and everything else, the privacy policy should be called privacy violation policy. Tried this app because the heater's touch interface is useless and misleading, but I gave up because of the location+WiFi password extortion, which is a highly sensitive set of info.

The issues with connection are easily overcome by making sure you connect to a 2.4ghz wifi and ensuring you're close to the router, as is the case with many smart products. The real letdown is the lack of functionality. They've passed up the opportunity for a good app that allows you to schedule different settings at different times and days, which in turn would take the product itself from okay to great. What we actually have is a basic on-off scheduler, no better than using a smart plug.

App worked well winter 2023, just switched on as it's getting cooler in UK requires a sign in for some reason, did not connect to WiFi, did the connect routine at the heater and connected then just keeps dropping out. Whatever this company did to the app they killed it .. worthless, less than 1 star. Why do these companies update things that work in the beginning. Was considering another Princess heater for the spare room , not now, I've found a brand that works every time all the time.

Good smart heater but can you please support this app by providing updates? Nice to have Scheduled events to choose medium or high heat, can we have minutes timer as well as hours, fix syncing saved scheduled events it's not seamless all the time, improve lags. Thanks!

Absolutely awful. Asks to connect to a 2.4ghz network. I have a router that transmits dual bandwidths 2.4 and 5ghz. Every other device works. Trashy app don't bother with it if they can't be asked to sync their devices

Painfull. Though this was fantastic to start, but when I come home and my panel heater is full chat as the schedules have changed them selves and wasting electricity, I'm not impressed. Works fine for the dehumidifier tho..... Made another mistake of buying a convector heater. Kinda works. But won't go over 20 degrees, even on 50 and does some weird shi*. Why do I put myself through this

I really like the app it's simple and easy to use. I use the scheduling to save energy. However, it would be nice to have a power meter telling me how many kilowatt hours it has used throughout the day.
