If it isn't connecting, I like to just keep shutting off the app and retrying, it'll eventually work. Organizing heat profile order is super glitchy, better off doing it on the browser. Light controls are ok, there's obviously more customisation that puffco hasn't released, so the cooler effects are corpo locked? I wish there was a better indication of the peak getting up to temp, maybe use 😫 an LED animation dim/bright or diff color at least.

I personally love the customization settings in the app. The real time battery life and live 3dxl temperature is amazing to watch the magic happen! The only complaint is the same as most of the comments on here, the connectivity is complicated. I have tried many different ways to connect to the peak pro and it can be multiple tries before it connects. The only surefire way I have found to comnect is to turn on the peak pro holding the button until it turns blue then turning on the app.

I've owed the newest peak pro with the 3dxl and the power base (sorry if that's not what it's called) for about 90 days. The app was definitely finicky for the first month. I doesn't like to connect fast enough for me. If I chill for 20 sec Bluetooth has been connecting on it's own. The software has improved the hardware has been great. The software with the base the auto function still needs work. Still very satisfied with my peak pro and 3dxl.

So far it works with minimal trouble. Glad to see I can use this app and a media app with split screen & the pixel fold Just got my new pro with 3dxl. Will update my review if I have any issues but on modern Android it seems happy for now. Firmware update says connection issues, but I figure that's because it shipped with the latest.. guess we will see

I just bought the peak pro because someone said it was the "best" however when I unboxed the device, charged it and set up the app. I couldn't pair the device it would get to 90 percent and then crash on me. I feel like I've been ripped off and especially since it was almost half a grand. Please fix this so I can properly use my device

Honestly, you would think that after all these years, the app would run better. I just got a 3D XL yesterday and was able to connect to my app, but today, despite uninstalling the app, reinstalling, forgetting the device on bluetooth, and repairing, I can't l sync my device lol. Puffco knows how to make good devices, no doubt. But the app? Terrible.

The unit itself is not too shabby, but the app can make the experience stressful. I've had the Puffco Peak Pro for a while and faced a lot of app problems that are in the other reviews. Currently the app is saying the Pro is "Found" but interrupting connection at 70%. I've tried everything to connect, unpaired device, re-paired, and so on, but now the device will simply not connect at all. It was helpful to actually view battery life, with the price I'd think that would be standard.

The app is incapable of saving settings. This is very frustrating if you don't want to configure the temperature and duration every time. When will you people fix this issue??? App is now totally dead. Uninstalled and reinstalled and I can't get past the first screen. Using an up-to-date S21 Ultra. Update two years later and the same problems still persist. Customer support is useless.
