I have had the app for a few years now. Was enjoying it with no problems. Since the last update where they changed everything up I can't read a full article without the screen turning white in the middle of reading it and won't come back to article. This has happened several times since the update. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and doesn't help. So at this point I am just going to have to discontinue using this app. I'm uninstalling it permanently.

I really hate how video ads automatically start playing at full volume when you click on a news story, and finding which of the multiple videos on the page is the one responsible for the audio is difficult and frustrating. Not great if you want to check the news app and you're someplace where you don't want to be making a bunch of noise.

I got this app so that I would be able to see MY local news at ANY time. Lately, whenever I go to this app, there's live news, but it's NOT KSLA 12 local news. It didn't used to be like this. What is up with that??? I may drop this app and just stick to KTBS 3 news app. It's ALWAYS broadcasting MY local news 24 hours a day! Very disappointed, Channel 12.

Hey KSLA. Please get your tech guy to work on the app. Ever since the update it keeps crashing. Could y'all also change up the ad that pops up every time I open it. "Make em pay" is getting old. I've been a strong follower for many years & have loved the app until now. Will use the app again if fixed. I do enjoy your station the best!

The previous app was much better. Among other things, you cannot drag stories off screen to get to the next story, making it much more cumbersome, having to go back to the main screen every time. The old app could be held in one hand and one could use their thumb to advance. I'm sure I'll use this much less.

Before the last update I would give it 5 stars now I wouldn't give it any. Hate it Reasons:1-You click on notification and it will not open the app. 2-If it does finally open you will be reading the article and the screen will go blank and you click the go back button and the article never comes back up and you can't find it on the app. 3-Sometimes when you click on the article the app will take you to something entirely different. 4-The notification music that over rides my notification sound.

This app is pretty useless. I get notifications on things happening NOW but when I try to open it..can't find anything on it. Most of the time, the app won't even open and when it does, it shuts down mid way into reading an article. Please fix or loose another follower.

Terrible app. It is so very slow to load news and often just goes to a blank white screen in the middle of reading a story. It isn't a phone problem because none of my other apps have issues.
