Horrible experience. Temperamental. Sometimes I can login most times i cannot. Tells me my login/password is wrong. Its not, but regardless I click "forgot password" to reset and it tells me invalid email address. When I have been able to login, and its rare, the interface was nice. Sadly, in this condition a useless app. Tried bypassing the app and using just Chrome or Edge... same experience. I gave this a one star only because there is no zero star

This is more an indictment on the website than the app but if I don't have an interest in the website and I won't use the app. It is so slow, clunky, horrible. The fact that TRREB switched from inefficient system to this is a joke. I tried to collaborate with clients but none of them want to download an app when they can get The information without downloading another app. I've switched to matrix because it's better and easier to use and does not bog down constantly

I haven't been able to email or share listings to anyone. The drop down menu after you choose email or share doesn't work. It's been over a week now. I called Realm and they say they are aware of the problem. Please fix this asap! Totally unacceptable it's taking this long. I called TTREB and they weren't even aware of this problem. They could have sent us an email to tell us about the problem. Not impressed.

I cannot log in. I need to reset my password, but I can't. the account recovery email sends me a link to change my password, but the link just launches the app's login screen. I tried emailing you using the address listed here for support, but the email bounced. no idea if the app is any good because I haven't been able to login. edit: I deleted the app from my phone, then I clicked on the reset link. It worked. for some reason, the reset link opens the app instead of the password reset website

Nothing seems to work on this app, it's literally the most frustrating app I have on my phone next to brokerbay. These are the apps we're supposed to use as professionals and it makes us look terrible because it never works like advertised. Customer support doesn't know what the issues are/how to fix them. I'm close to just using housesigma instead because my clients are more informed than I am with it.

This may be the most frustrating app I'm actually trying to use. For some reason it logged me out and can't log me back in 2. The reset password option doesn't actually work, so if you are logged out and try to log back in, good luck. The UX on this is also pretty terrible, clunky and outdated. Listen to feedback and fix this potentially good app.

Bugs all over the place. Want to see the photos in full screen? Sure but you can't scroll to the next photo. Want to book a showing? Sure it will let you do that, but after doing that and going back to the app, it bugs out with a white page with ",,,,,,", forces you to quit the app and relaunch, then you lost your search, same thing with anything that redirects you to other website like geowarehouse. Treb forces member to use this platform, yet even housesigma is better than this. Frustrating!

Overall an improving app. One huge problem: app goes blank if you switch to another app and want to go back to it. For example if you try to book an appointment through another app, going back to realm to book the next appointment is only possible if you force close, login again and find your listings again. A lot of frustrating minutes wasted doing this.
