Since many days, I am unable to read send emails. I write emails and send it, it says sent, but the emails disappear, from mob app and also from web. I can't find these emails on my sent box too! This is serious, because I have been rewriting long emails just to find out they disappear. I have been using rediff since ages now, context- it's the email id linked with most of important stuff now. But there is no update, it seems like an old age app, working extremely slowly with a 4G wifi network.

The swipe function in Inbox (e.g. I've set left swipe to delete a mail) doesn't work at all. The swipe will not happen. The swipe will go half way down horizontally and then swoosh back to its normal state as if pulled back by an elastic. Its cumbersome to select bulk mails individually and that too only 10 at a time. Give a select all option or just empty folder like in junk and trash. Anyway, I cannot fathom the utility of bulk mail and can hardly figure out the difference from junk.

Recently the app signout automatically.. I have tried to sign in but it opens for 30seconds and then sign out automatically for like multiple times.. I couldn't read my important emails ...

Very worst application. Today I sent 3 emails not even the recipient's recieved attachments. But when I uploaded its shows updated Successfully after showing 100% attachments are important for mailers. Totally an untrustworthy service provider. Better it's a time to move out of rediff to Microsoft or Gmail account. If it's continuous rediffmail will also shutdown.

Since yesterday my email is logged out on its own! After entering captcha details it's logging in for a few seconds but again logs out after many attempts I am tired but it's important for me hence please resolve it I have emailed you.

I have been using the app long time but i observed that when you added the captcha secondary authentication after that i am not able to login my account.You have done some changes in October month after that i am facing this issue. Error retrieval in email and even not able to login from outside India. I have sent you reminders please reply and resolve my issue.

I am not able to send mails. After clicking send. The mail vanishes but neither it shows in sent items nor it is delivered. Outbox is blank. I wonder if anyone is managing this app. There are one or more glitches always and no one to address the same

It’s very frustrating! For the past few months, I’ve been unable to use the app. It always displays the message: “Error in retrieving email. Please try again.” I’m not sure what to do. Does anyone have a solution for this, or is the Rediffmail service no longer functional?
