The changing of the password every 3 months is nerve-wracking. It's not a security measure anymore. It's a hassle because I'm getting ro the point of running out of passwords to use. And the fact it has to be at least 12 characters is another hassle. Just doesn't make sense and is too time consuming when I'm trying to clock in for work.

Ability to use fingerprint is nice, however after finding the client no option to check in, like the button not active, gray instead of blue. Needs work, last app actually worked with no trouble

This app does not permanently keep your visitations. Clock in and clock out it keeps them for 2 days. And then it deletes them and you cannot bring them back to refer back to them if needed. This app sucks this whole new system sucks. Not to mention does help Dropbox. Isn't helpful at all? And whenever you call to ask for someone to help you find something or do something with this app. You don't never get to talk to anybody! it sucks!They need to bring back the call in and call out phone number

Every time Medicaid get all the kinks out of billing they change to a new system and the head ace starts over I wish that they would leave well enough alone this new apps is so annoying the EVV help line isn't knowledgeable with the system and ask ignorant questions trying not to show that they don't know what they are doing I don't like this app at all

Doesn't work any better then the previous app. Very slow, and I can no longer use the fingerprint scanner to login, with all that its even more time consuming and wasteful. I dont think I've ever wasted so much time with each and every client since starting the "new, better, more helpful app" definitely not more efficent both apps are a waste. 🙄 Glad my company still does paperwork.
