Updating to 4 stars and most of the original complaints below, are resolved for me. "Samsun Galaxy ultra 24; Graphs cut off, BAD Battery Drain. My phone is warm all day (usually cold) with this app installed. It always tops the list of battery usage. I had to install on an iPhone as I would not make it through the day with this android version. "

I have been using the Signos app with the Dexcom G7 CGM for almost 10 days now. Prior to ordering, I read a lot of reviews that people said they had problems with the battery usage on their phone as well as bluetooth connectivity to be monitors. I have a Samsung S23 ultra, and I was able to connect to the monitor and have not lost connectivity at all. And the battery usage is far less than what I find that. I wind up using browsing facebook. Wish I could use my galaxy watch.

The app has problems. It is constantly reconnecting to my cgm device. I often get inaccurate readings when compared to a finger stick, so I have to recalibrate a lot (this may be a dexcom device issue). Also, several times a day, I see gaps in my data and must go to my phone setting and force stop the app, open the app again just to get that data back. I have gone through 9 devices, and none of these problems have improved. It's very frustrating bc I'm paying out-of-pocket for this.

When I first set up my device, I was very disappointed to find out that as an Android user, I may have additional issues with the app. Yes, I've had problems. I updated my phone last night, now I cannot open the app to log information. Frustrated. Not everyone in an Apple user. I will say that support has been very helpful once I got past AI.

Current customer. After the last major update large chunks of information are consistently missing from each day and it just keeps saying 'reconnecting' and to check back in 30 minutes. It goes hours before recording anything again. Support takes literally days to a week or more to respond. Still haven't heard back from them from last week. I will cancel at the end of my six months. Too expensive for this poor performance.

Do not use this app to monitor your glucose. Their support is terrible taking up to a week to get back to you if there is an issue. My phone does not give me an audible alert when my glucose rises , just a notification on top of my screen so I don't see it unless looking at my phone when the rise happens. Other apps will monitor the same product. This one is terrible!

Downgrading to 1 star. I have been working with the support team for over a month with the issue disconnecting frequently and having large chunks of missing data. They told me my situation was unique and "most likely your phone" only to come here and see at least two other reviews describing the IDENTICAL issue. Is it ALL OUR phones? Hmmmm. Riding out my 3 month supply I just got, but canceling after. So disappointing.

This is a pretty complex health thing to try in an app and I am generally really pleased with what it is doing. Love the behavior change prompts! Of course there are going to be connectivity issues for devices...there are for my wireless headphones, my t.v. etc. Certainly amazingly better than my rural cell phone service. So take all those comments with a grain of salt. Tech is not perfect. Customer service responded to me within 12 hours. I was able to resolve. I would purchase again.
