App looks fairly simple but is not as intuitive as it should be. Setting up a schedule works fine but trying to set a countdown timer either to turn it on or off, is impossible. Deleting and reinstalling the app has no effect. Lack of smart control integration adds to the dissatisfaction with this app.

It is awesome I got the light bulbs for free. Th rounded ones however the group function doesn't work and I'm having trouble with the light staying connected. And It would be cool if you can connect everything with 5.0hz instead of the 2.5hz Internet connection. Other then that it is pretty good. and also can you fix the music sync so it goes with the beat. I know that might be hard to Coding. I don't use it that often. Others than that it is a pretty good app. better than all the other ones.

It was fairly easy to connect my light bulbs to the app and control them. There are features that I have no idea what the do or how they work and NO help features in the app or online. I found some FAQs but couldn't enlarge the pics, so, that was useless. Downgrade rating to 2. One bulb keeps losing connection to the wifi and I am unable to restart it.

Really hard to try and connect plug. Never got it to work. And the nightmare number of steps necessary is ridiculous. Also, since it keeps wanting wifi password over and over, how about an app that will allow my split android screen so I can see the photo i took of the router password. Since most routers have the password at the back, it's a bit hard to see the password on the router while you trying to enter it on a phone screen. I would love to use these plugs, but they are way too hard to connect.

I think this app is awesome I don't know why other people hate it so much but I do have 2 problems 1 is music sync doesn't work for some reason and 2 you should probably add a few more features to make it a little more satisfying to use but the interface of govee is 2 million% all ads I honestly think your interface is better sticking with simply conserve thank you simply conserve team for your recommendations

For the love of God give it night mode! Besides that it works ok, but not all the time. It will say it's off line and it's not. It's starting to sound like it should be a 2 star review. But when it works it's great. I agree with Mark Smet. Oh also I've been"using it" for nearly a couple of years now. Connects better but still not always.

I would love to give it a 5 or a 4 but this rgb lightbulb wont even complete adding to my device right when it is "complete" it'll say that it failed even tho i did all of the steps that it said from the pairing mode fix this issue

This app won't open any more, my device says this app has a bug and needs to update. However I'm on the latest version. Used to be nice to set devices and schedules, but now makes my smart plugs useless. Help! Edit- the customer service team was not able to resolve the issue for me.
