When it works it's slow and the search function highly inaccurate. However you might instead get logged out and then be unable to log back in due to using the incorrect details - which of course you've used before. You might not be able to reserve a book due to the mysterious "date issue". Used to be an ok app but a couple of years ago it was "improved" resulting in numerous problems and loss of functionality, eg a history of your borrowing. A clear case of don't fix what isn't broke !

The app is terrible!! I was excited about being able to manage my account and my child's account all in one place without logging out and in. This is definitely not the case. The app is incredibly slow to load, its very glitchy, continually logs me out and delinks my child's account, and then when I try to log back in, it tells me the creditionals are not recognised, despite using them on the main website. For something that has so much potential, they have failed to deliver

Randomly logs you out for no reason, and you can't log in with your correct credentials. Otherwise very sluggish and slow to load - not well optimised at all.

Please, pretty please, stop logging me out. This used to be great - ok search function but great for ordering and tracking my own and my kids accounts. Now it logs me out every other week and I have to reset up our accounts all the time. Puts me off using it Never used to be like this. And it's now been months of it, so not just a one off. Revert!

fails as an e reader. as an Android app i expect it to work with an Android phone. it won't let me read the e book without having to download it on pc first. pretty sure my phone could handle some text file!

Very practical app. Renewing the loans online was my pet peeve. Now that I can do that easily on the app, I am very pleased. Barcode scanner works fine. No bugs that I see.
