This tracker is completely useless, and no one should fall for their claims. Their mobile application doesn’t work at all. When your car enters another district, you neither receive any message nor get any call from the company. I am sharing all this based on my personal experience.

This is like an app developed at home. It is super slow, when you click it just hangs and keep loading forever even if you put wrong password it doesn't tell you password is wrong but keep loading forever. You cannot turn off notifications, you change settings and it keep loading. Tracking is slow and is with a lag. Everytime I have to close or logout or delete the app for it to work. If you contact their support this is all they tell you to logout and delete and install

One of the worst when it comes to customer support and providing required services. Their device do not update locations, no notifications at all, and they are unable to solve concerns at all. For more than 1 month device is not working for me at all and i have been calling their customer service support again and again. everytime they give differnet answer, but no support. Its better not a have service from such service provider.

Useless application The app is for a tracking company but there is so much delay, their aim should be to have a top notch app with an update for every second. I dont get notifications for engine on/off car is moving but it will show as idle. Useless application and useless company. Please think before buying the package

The current location of my car which is shown is wrong. My car is about 10 KM away from what the app show. USELESS Can not get the live track of my car. It has been over 2 weeks that my car was shown at the wrong spot. And for yesterday i can not even get the proper location. Alfa Track either try to fix those issues or stop working

Since I have renewed my subscription, app is failing to update with live location everytime I open it in few hours. Everytime either I complain on WA and within few minutes, it start updating me with live location OR Keep trying with login out and clearing cache and hope it will update. Have worked effortlessly since last several months but don't know what they have done with renewal of subscription.

Worst ever tracking company for your vehicle. Issues I faced using their services: 1- You won't always get call when you're out of radar. I was driving and didn't receive call. They called secondary number and my Mother didn't know the password. They didn't lock the vehicle. 2- I traveled about 500km didn't get any call. Next day, I called support they said we are working on the system that's why didn't get call. For complete review visit their facebook page

Waste of money used for almost a year. App is mostly down and i have to call all the time to check the location, its been a year and app work for 2 week and another week its down. From last 2 months car is going out of geo fencing location no one messaged or call for updates or warning.
