The app is pretty clunky. The interface is not intuitive. Somethings simply don't work. They may work for some functions but not for other functions. The hardware is also poorly made. Customer Support sucks. My watch is broken. They offered me 5% rebate because the cost of returning the watch to China is so prohibitive. When I told them that was unsatisfied, they offered me the max of 15%. Do not buy this watch!

It connects to the watch just fine, but it doesn't show up in my phones connected devices. And it does randomly disconnect. My biggest issue with it so far is I can't change the exercises even though I've figured out where they're hidden. It says I've changed them and saved the changes but the default ones are the only ones I see. They should add a sleep mode for the watch to help save battery. I don't need the watch to turn the face on while sleeping.

I got the app this year and it worked perfectly fine at the beginning, however when I connected the watch too the app and did all the settings it asked for imperial or metric and it only uses metric. Also my vitals and step count can be seen on the watch but nothing is appearing on the app. Everything just says 0. Steps, Distance, Heart Rate, even Sleep. it says 0 for everything on the app. So the only point of having the app I'd to correct the time/date cuz it won't show correct time w/o app

It requires that my fitness watch is constantly in contact with my phone via Bluetooth in order to keep the proper time. Otherwise it can't keep proper time and is useless as a watch! I do like that it measures more characteristics, such as: temperature and blood sugar levels in addition to the usual blood pressure, heart rate, etc. But, it is useless as a timepiece. It should be able to keep time on its own, rather than relying on Bluetooth. The app interface is not user-friendly either

It works OK for the price. I cannot get my text messages to come through to the watch consistently. One day they work, then suddenly won't the next day, then at night a text week come through. Messages are allowed for in the app but just won't show up on watch. BP, sleep time, time, heart rate, they all seem to track just fine. *** UPDATE: 03/27/2023 Will not connect. I have tried pairing for hours on end. No support for issues. Frustrating.

This app used to work wonderfully. I stopped using for a month as Dr said I didn't have to keep track of my vitals anymore. Well different Dr wants me to. So I download it. It is horrible. Won't let me do some of my customizations, disconnects from watch in middle of doing things. If it didn't take my vitals correctly I would throw it in the trash. It seems some update messed it up badly. I will not even think of recommending this to anyone until it is fixed.

I don't like the app it does not keep accurate sleep records. There are times I know I went to bed earlier than it recorded, or I am up, and the watch shows a later time. I brought 2 watches, one to give as a gift, and I refuse to give because the app does keep an accurate record. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. I want to return both. One is not even open... smh I was really looking forward to enjoying this watch with your app.. Because of that, I rate it with 1 ⭐️

This app is truly awful. The instructions are non-existent. It won't pair with my phone. It says "imperial or metric" but it only uses metric. The selection buttons are cut off in the UI. You can't just use it as a watch. You can only change the date and time through the app, which doesn't work since the app refuses to connect with my phone. I was really looking forward to this, since it seemed highly rated, but don't trust the positive reviews. Sending the watch back and uninstalling the app
