I loved the game at first. Im on level 695. I noticed it was getting harder and harder to pass so I assumed i just needed to upgrade everything. Even after I upgraded to max level even the levels that only give a set number of patients it would fail due to not enough profit. That's when I realized the game is rigged. I made it this far without failing any levels and now I cant get past levels even though I've fully upgraded everything. And spent too much money. This is cheating for profit

The game is super fun! Riiiight up to the second location. At that point it becomes way too hard to get enough coins to upgrade so you basically start losing because you can't go back and replay levels to get enough coins for the next round. They just keep getting harder and you get further behind. I think with just the simple update of being able to go back and replay levels when you want/need this game could be pretty great! Please make this update so I can keep playing!

This game was a solid 5 stars at first. Like all the others, unfortunately, they raise the cost of the improvements, and significantly lower the rewards you get, so it becomes impossible by the second city to get you to spend money. I hate when the developers ruin a great game because of greed. Hopefully, one will get the message and do it right one of these days. I would have happily spent money on this game if it hadn't changed so drastically for the worst so early on. Very disappointed.

This was initially a good game, easy to level up and became more challenging but I can't earn enough to pass level 64! I'm not paying for coins or wasting my time watching loads of ads for free gifts to try and get enough coins to level up the doctors. I think this is what the purpose of the game is, to get you playing up to a certain level so you've watched loads of ads and then makes it impossible to pass a higher level without paying for coins or gems. Not happy and uninstalled

Good Initially but eventually you get to a point where you cannot progress without buying items. I've been stuck on level 33 for a few days because there are too many actions and tasks to complete within too short a time frame. Will try for another day or 2 then delete. Also ads are excessive - I don't usually mind watching but these ads are approximately 90 seconds long if not longer and tend to be the same ad over and again. Then it takes 25-30 seconds before you can close the ad

Starts off good, but you'll either need to pay or watch a ton of ads to progress. The game is fun honestly. Unfortunately, you're in a constant state of catch-up after the early levels. The amount of coins needed to upgrade the clinic or doctors increases at a higher rate than you gain for completing a level. To upgrade one item you need to complete 2-3 levels, and by this point a new aspect is introduced or difficulty increased. Would be nice to be able to replay levels for more coins.

It's an incredibly predatory game. I'm on the third hospital and there is NO way to progress. I've hit a wall doing the extra missions in the first and second hospitals where I can't even complete those. I've put money in the game and regret doing so now. Each time I fail because the disease level rises too quickly or the amount of coins I need to make is too high, I'm bombarded with several screens of ways to pay money. YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND MONEY to get anywhere. Don't waste your time.

I really liked this game at the start but as you progress through the different hospitals it becomes impossible to make enough money to make the necessary upgrades without paying. I noticed a huge difference going from the 1st hospital to the 2nd and it only.got worse from there. Please fix this so I can actually continue playing the game.
