Completely Useless. The SDC Superior Dental app is a steaming pile of dung. I'm literally(actual real meaning) unable to do anything useful with it. I can't check claims, view insurance cards, view plan details or the roster. You're better off just taking a picture of your physical card or saving it to Google Pay if you want access from your phone. Just remove it from the Play Store already. I've had malware that's preferable to this.

Absolutely terrible app. I registered and attempted to log in. It won't let me log in. It remains on the log in screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It wouldn't let me put in my log in info. I had to click "username" 10 times before I could. Entered my log in info and it still wouldn't let me log in. I was hoping to be able to use this since they have failed to send me my insurance card.

Could not log in and just spoke with customer service. They said my account could not be located and I would have to try and remember my username, says that my accountit partially registered. I had issues with trying to register the first time and I never completed it because it locked up and said error call CS. I had to ask that my insurance cards be sent to me because I never got them in the first place. I don't understand why we have to register through an APP in the first place?!

App is extremely bad. After typing in credentials, the app just Hangs on login page. No errors, no pop up messages, it simply doesn't do anything. Been like that since 2019, it prolly won't be fixed.

Horrible App!! Once registered cannot log in. And most the time can't even get the app to allow you to enter your login information. Not impressed with a company that has this worthless of an app. Hope the Dental Insurance is better than the image they are portraying here?!?!

Just downloaded the app and it will not allow me to log in at all. Thank goodness I was able to access a computer to pull my information. You guys really need to fix this app. I read on another review that it works better for iPhone... you guys really need to get a handle on that.

Horrible app. It wouldn't move off the registration screen, but it did register me. I tried to log in but it wouldn't move off the Login screen. I guess I'll have to call about my claim.

App No Longer Works... registered... can't log in. reset password link works, so i know my account is made... it never logs in... useless waste of my time.
