I opened app and pop up says it says needs update. I went to update and only options were to uninstall or open. Neither worked. now I do not have even the old version on my device. if you're going to update an app, be sure it works before being released. I also am not sure fab of the new pricing, my March bill doubled over last year's. I am a single household, and don't use many resources, I hate to see what the June, July and August bill will be.

unable to access app, went to open app showed new update avail tried to update but it then took me to the only option was to uninstall or open. app just keeps cycling. not a good thing when everyone is trying to view bill/usage since this outrageous increase!!!!! get this fixed Santee Cooper!!

This app used to be wonderful!! When I try to open now, it says to update then takes me to the playstore and the only option is to open. I click open then it goes back to the same screen saying to update. Frustrating to say the least. Please fix!!

App not working, prompts you to update when you open it, tap on update and it brings you to Google Play store, tap the update button and it just takes you back to the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still have the same issue.

My app keeps telling me to update then it won't open so now I can't get on the app at all cause it keeps saying to update. It seems to me that everyone is having this problem. How about fixing this!

Won't load. As other reviewers have noted, the app says there's a newer version available, but when you download it, nothing happens, you're left staring at a blank screen.

Funny how as soon as peak hours changed, we can no longer access the app. It keeps saying update, but there's no way to update it. It won't even let you log in now.
