I think whatever problem the previous reviewers had has been worked out. I'm staying in napili and using this app is awesome. It shows the direction of the buses in real time you can watch them second by second. Also when you press your stop it gives you a an estimate for how long it will take to get to that stop.

The old interface was so much better. Bus movements were real time second by second. You could enter your starting and final locations and the app would tell you what bus routes to take and approx travel time. The new version is very hard to navigate thru. I can no longer recommend this app.

Optimal ..no gas ,no tickets, no insurance required. No driving no parking. Best of all FREE. I am a senior.

It's difficult to read and understand. With this update it sucks the other app I had was way better you can see where the buses are all the time. It easier to track and u don't miss your bus. It takes long to start cause it has to load it's slow.

The only bus here on Maui they do have a captive audience. My husband takes the bus to and from work from Haiku. The app is good to judge when to be at the busstop with the real time maps of where the bus is. The app does have its glitches at times., but overall it is very worthwhile.

Horrible. If someone made this app for you for free, it still cost way too much. Horrible interface and terribly slow, when it decides to actually load that is. I hate everything about it.

Way to many tourists!!! This bus is mostly funded by Maui taxpayers. ive been told the bus was at capacity and couldn't get aboard. I was standing room only many times because the bus was filled with tourists. Im just trying to get to work! Im a monthly pass holder! Something needs to be done where us locals can get first priority. WE are paying the subsidies for the bus and we get turned away??!! Its just not right!!!!
