Getting better... Main issue now is that wiewing PDF files from teachers often doesn't work, hampering communication. The download button is there but instead of trying to open in Adobe etc it tries to "share" it, only offering WhatsApp, email etc and not a PDF reader. So the only way to view the file is to share it to someone else first.

Hi, my kid is graduating from preschool and we appreciate the batch download features to download the accumulated media over the years. However, I was told by the teachers that we cannot do that for the check in/check out pictures. Those are precious memories too. Can the developers allow for download of check in/out photos? Most childcare apps have them. :)

Not bad. A solid bear for the most part. Need to fix the "back" arrow -- instead of going to the main menu (as expected), it exits out of the app instead (it doesn't close the app, but it takes to your home screen).

Stopped receiving push notifications after the update. I am using an android phone. Please help to fix this issue, seems like i am not the only one.

App was working well. However, after changing to a pixel 2xl on android 10, I can't download images or forms nor can I download or share in app images. Same story on the Pixel 4xl. Please fix!

This app has completely stopped working since the update and I cant even get it to open. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed as clearly so many people are facing the same issue.

After the recent update in Jan, I can't seem to receive any notifications. Tried to contact the app developer but to no avail. Please resolve the issue!
