You can't watch most of the channels if you're not on their wifi. Spectrum's TV app let's you watch anywhere. This sucks, I just switched because it was supposed to be better. Now I can't watch the game unless I'm home! 😡 And you cannot go to the content providers own app for certain channels either, because they don't support Altafiber. Example, try to watch the game on CBS, the CBS app doesn't have Altafiber as a provider option so you can log in, hence you are unable to watch live TV!

Works on Nvidia Shield now so that's great. Waiting months for it to work. One thing that's missing that I'm very surprised about is the lack of a "previous channel" option. An idea, Setup the left button on the directional pad of the remotes as the "previous channel" button. I hate having to go into the guide & find the channel that I was watching everytime I want to switch back & fourth between two channels.

This TV app is terrible. Really busy, not intuitive, and displays all the channels you don't have right with ones you...may have? Terrible TV experience. I was told by a customer rep this app would work with samsung. Nope. Spent $150 for apple TV so I could use app with my TV but app is junk and I'm out $150. Glad this was 30 day trial for TV. Back to spectrum TV

The app is horrible. I have been trying to download it to watch TV since my TV has went out. I have the app on by tablet but when I try to sign in, all it does is have the blue little circle go round and round. Nothing! Why can't this app be installed on my HP laptop either. PITA is all it is. For me, it's not worth the time and hassle to log on. If I could give it a 0 rating, I would.

Other than not being able to watch most things outside of the house, pretty much all TV is 720p nowhere near the resolution most TVs are capable of. Could you not give us at least 1028?

The app has stopped working. At sign-in, I receive a blue circle and the main login page. I've un-installed the app. Ironically, the app that allows me to pay for the service is working just fine.

Don't expect to be able to watch anything you're paying for on your mobile device with this app. If you're not at home connected to your own wifi, literally every channel you select says unable to watch. I mean what is even the point of having this app? If I'm at home I'll just watch on my dang TV. SOOOO dumb. May be looking for a new provider soon.

I am newer to the Fioptics+ App and expected to be able to watch the Bengals using the app while out of town. Thoroughly disappointed and guess I need to start shopping around again. I "chatted" with a tech during the game- she was going to have a higher level tech call me- she said it would happen within 2 hours. That was 20 hours ago and still haven't received a call. I need to figure this out before next weekend.
