It doesn't work. App support doesn't respond to help. Finally got it to login. Thought ordering online was supposed to give a discount?

I downloaded it ,registered,ordered but when I went to pay it crashed like a plan in the ocean- 2 stars is being generous its doing it again

I used to use this app all the time to order since a few of the items are cheaper when ordered through the app. Now, however, no matter what time you order, it only gives you the option of picking up hours later. For example: I was about to make an order. It's 4:30pm and the EARLIEST time it shows to pick it up is 9:30pm. So I am just going to delete the app. There's better places to go, but I liked getting the discount for using the app. Oh well I guess 🤷🏼♀️

The pick up time in the app that everyone is complaining about doesn't matter, they make your order when you check in at the drive thru no matter what time you select. My problem though is that the app stopped working all together, it locks up on the opening image even after a remove & reinstall. That sucks because it saves you a lot of money using the app. Second complaint is they want a phone number when you check in which sucks when you show up to pick up orders for yourself & coworkers.

Got a new Android phone about a month ago. App won't work on the new phone. Been trying for quite awhile, but I'm sure Taco Bell is enjoying your app! Edit: Months later and the app still doesn't work. If I was in charge of Taco Mayo, this would be unacceptable, but I am just a customer with money in my pocket- that you need and aren't getting- which is also unacceptable. I do have options though.....

This app was completely unusable. And I was super excited because my local Taco Mayo has a really good food on Fridays so it would have been very convenient to order the food to be picked up on my way home from work. But I guess I will just go in and order at the counter like in the olden days. #OregonTrail #CoveredWagon

Put order in and hit "place order" it took me back to home page and did not place the order. So I reordered everything, put in my CREDIT CARD INFO clicked "place order" and it went through. We went to pick up the order and they did not have any app orders (no surprise with this app) so now my credit card info is in there, and there is nowhere in the app to contact anyone.

Overall this app is okay, but there are some bugs that are quite annoying. The special items that are available only certain days are my main issue. Being required to add and delete items from a special menu item is annoying and means I don't get what I want. If this gets fixed, then the app will be great!
