App always freezes to where I need to restart, and it takes a long time to buffer to review footage.

This seems useless. The app icon and screenshots are not the same as in the description, they must be out of date. The app instructions from the website don't help. You can't access the app unless the device is on and recording, then you switch on its WiFi, which the phone picks up. You then get an error message saying it can't connect to the internet, do you want to keep the connection or switch to another connection. You can't access any of the functions in the menu and file browser is absent.

A recent app update has made it so that my device is no longer detected by the app. My Bluetooth and WiFi settings are fine. Prior negative experiences with Transcend customer support means that I won't bother wasting my time trying to get their help.

This app bypasses the bodycam password! This is a major security issue. If you set a password in the drivepro body toolbox, it prevents the camera footage from being accessed without knowing the password. But with this app, you don't need to enter the password, meaning anyone who steals the camera can access the footage without knowing the password.

installs fine but does not do the simplist thing that i thought it was for, such as using my phones own camera. it's not for someone that thinks the developer would make it simple. instead they need to have a VERY criptic or symbolic description of what system/combination of cameras (phone???) that you are using, i don't have time for this. JUST WANT THE #%/\!!! thing to record using my phone and IT'S own camera!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not connecting to other stuff because i wear my phone/camera!!!!!!!#!!

it doesn't connect every time to the camera. sometimes the download can be difficult. it's slow. lots of steps to pull the video off the camera. but it does its job.

IT'S SPYWARE! The user agreement says that you allow the developer to "collect, process and use your personal information" through Google, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, "or otherwise."

love the device video and audio are amazing, but the USB cord will no longer work and the app keeps shutting down when I try and review my stops. what's going on?
