I love this app just like I love the 7am classes with Beverly. It's my first time going to gym and I'm loving it so far. She makes it look easy and enjoyable. The classes have boost my confidence and I always want more. She watches carefully and ensuring that the training reaches the targeted area of your body. I'm happy ☺️. Everyone is the best,!

I've always liked this easy-to-use app but for the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to sign in, rendering it useless. I miss being able to use it to check in, especially, along with the calendar feature. Additional: When I try to log in it says I have the incorrect email or pswd but I can access my online account just fine so that is not the problem. I have tried resetting the pswd and I also uninstalled/reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it, either. Thanks for the help!

Great app, until you belong to more than one place that uses it... Like a Climbing wall and a Fitness Gym that both use this, and\or other facilities. Then each time you go to the facility not logged in, you need to log out, and re-login with a different account. Doing this every other day to book classes or swipe access gets annoying... Focus is on the use for the gym\facility, not the end user experience. Otherwise great app.

Why does the "Add to calendar" button not work? When I click on it, I just get a pop-up that says "Unable to add to calendar". There isn't any option in the settings that even mention anything to do with selecting a calendar. This is incredibly frustrating, as I rely on adding classes to my calendar. Can you fix this please?

Booking is ok. The calendar view of classes doesn't update as quickly as other views which can be confusing. I like the visuals and it is simple to book. The most problematic thing is that the add to calendar doesn't work. I know a few people who confirm this. For those of us relying on the calendar it's a pain. I have contacted about it but haven't seen a response...

This App will not login. It's very frustrating. Sometimes I'll try more than 10 times but still it won't login. I end up not using my gym program. The 6.6.2 version honestly needs an update. What's the point in having an App you can't open. I tried from 3 other devices, same issue...won't login. Very disappointing. Also no Technical support. I've just been told to keep trying.

The app itself seems pretty good, great to see and book classes. But it doesn't let me check in with Bluetooth which my gym uses to activate the turnstiles... Says Door not found, despite enabling Bluetooth and allowing all permissions. No in-app help either.
