Can't register because the apps always say to adjust my face recognition,i try many times and the answer remains the same like before it's "invalid"🤬.

What's apps this? Keep trying to register for hours, but keep pending. Not friendly users apps

ugly camera , wah undergoing the face registration just to wait for a none further instruction.. left me for the blank camera and when you tap the arrow you have to undergo the same process again just to waste ur time.. delete it

On August 28, 2021, I was registering MyTrust ID for my mother but the App stated "mismatched details" repeatedly when she scanned her MyKAD although the details were already correct. I tried several times then only I could reach the last section. Unfortunately, the application is still pending. I tried re-installing the App but the same issue occured. I did register for my father as well but the application is also pending.

after successfully completing digital certificate, i tried to log in again, but it keep deny my login access.. i need to register again?! after i register again, everything on tandatangan pemohon dan penjamin lesappp and need to repeat the first step again untuk bahagian tandatangan! and bila dah successful penjamin sign, i can't log in again my trust id account!! please fix it!

Very lousy apps. 1st registration success but unable to login suggest to register again. 2nd registration after key in OTP page result blank & pop up blank alert as well. Do troubleshooting page loading 1 hour no response. Not issue form user internet/phone but apps it self inconvenient.

I got the same problem with everyone here. I've waited until 5 days like stated but the application still pending. I've done it again but it also the same case. I already email and chat on telegram but still no response.
