Very bad platform. Always having issues booking loads. You show up to pick up a load it's not ready or its gone. Uber Freight cancellation rate is the highest comparing to other brokers. However, if you have an issue that is out of your control (Like blown tire or mechanical problem) they are the first to punish you by dropping your scorecard point you have been working on all these years. Something wrong and surely needs to be fixed !!!

I am giving 1 star because Uber apps tracking is so bad that it's the worst and dentition policy. Worst dentition policy in the trucking industry 2024. Uber tracking is not good. They don't care about micropoint tracking, but they still want you to track load thru micropoint. Uber doesn't care if you send them call history, where it show the time driver receive the call for paperwork. Something needs to be done. Fix your tracking or change your dentition policy.

Uber Freight is the worst company to sign up with as a Owner Oprerator. I've been calling every other week for 4 months attempting to do business with the company and told my company doesn't meet the criteria for Uber Freight. I read the requirements and the insurance information matches their requirements, yet I was denied without anyway to resolve the issue. Uber Freights service representative told me to call back in 6 months. I will never do business with Uber Freight and will pass this mess

I love using the app once you get certain loads completed,on time and no late cancelation,you can get better rates,easy to use,no need to do check calls etc,lumper can get it from the app without calling dispatch even to report an issue
