Very slow UI. Has very badly designed date pop up system that doesn't show years selection. Doesn't work for military personnel at all for anything. Has a outdated and poorly maintained search system for providers that defeats the majority of the purpose of the app entirely. It's a great reflection of the company.

I dont care about your stupid online card I would prefer a real card so I dont have to be rejected when I try to look at my benefits!!! I am paying for something I have no access too!! and on top of that I can never get a real person on the phone to help me....i may change my opinion later but i despise this app and website at this very moment. I've reset my password multiple times. They give you little information and no troubleshooting.

I'm not usually the type that gives bad reviews but when I do it is for a good reason. This app and it's associated website. Registration must be done on the browser which is okay BUT it was a horrible experience selecting my date of birth. I had no option to freely enter my date of birth or select my year of birth from calendar they use, so I had to tab 411 times to reach my month, day and year of birth from today. Imagine if you were born in 1960, that would be worst.

Very frustrating app! Too simplistic. Can't see a "Pending" charge. Can't go into individual charges to see details for history. I'm not sure what good it actually does a person. Am I missing something in the app???

Completely useless. Doesn't explain benefits. Impossible to find any helpful information. And, as usual, does every effort to keep you from trying to find a true customer service number where you can speak to someone. If I could give it a zero, I would.

The UC app is generally pretty good. Fairly easy to find most information EXCEPT how to contact customer service. Never found a phone number. After 15 minutes of searching I found a way to email them but no one called me back. Should not be this difficult to get a claim fixed.

Keying in birthday is not easy. You have to actually go back calender year by year to find your birthday. There is no keypad you can use to just key in your birthday. This is frustrating and not a good app.

Calendar control in app defaults to current mm dd yyyy. Does not allow direct input for year. Forced to go back from 2022 to my birthday. This really needs corrected.
