this app is horrible. I have tried several times to login and all i get is a blank page that shows nothing but the icons at the bottom of the page... If i tap on any of them nothing happens... I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same thing... It is the worst app I have ever used... It is such an inconvenience not being able to use the app when I need to I don't know what was done with this app or what's been changed... but it needs to be fixed... It used to work... 🫤

I was able to register an account. Now I cannot get in on the app. my same login credentials work when accessing thru desktop. I find it frustrating my credentials do no work for the MyUPMC app. ??

My experience was the typical nightmare that I only have when dealing with UPMC apps. You have told me I do not exist. F..k you and the 45 minutes I spent trying to get your app to function. My member number does not work. My name and zip you say do not exist. And right now it is buffering terribly.

You think an insurance plan such as upmc would make a better app. Nope. The updates make it WORSE. THREE updates ago, the app worked FINE. But I guess you have to cut costs somewhere. You can't even login.

I have deleted this app and reinstalled it a few times now. After the initial log in page it takes me to a blank white page. The only thing that shows is the tabs at the bottom but I click on them and nothing happens. It doesn't work past logging in.

Worthless app, won't load at all. All I see is "loading." I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.

Always glitches. Problems all the time. * Now with the new updates to fix the problems people were having... People with older phones can NOT even get the app, because of not being "compatable". Not everyine can aford the newest phone out there. Moving form 2 star to 1 star for the app. The plan is good with the exception of not knowing how rural people out city transportion and mega stores shop and live.

It's darned difficult to find what I'm looking for. Trying to get to the section where I can order health items with the flex card takes. Much too much jumping around to find. Once I find it, the .message ":can not access this page" is displayed, sometimes for 10 to 15 seconds, and then connects. By this time, I've wasted 15 minutes. Next, I have to scroll through the whole catalog because of glitches in the search function. My last order of 4 items took me nearly an hour to complete.
