It isn't reliable most of the time: if there is no new snow, it shows data not available. I haven't been able to display my stats for the past 2-3 weeks. The webcam work though and they're useful! But yeah overall, not worth much, there's still work to do

Suggest changing "open lifts" and "open trails" to a single "open now" button to eliminate the need to scroll for the filter. Also suggest enabling this filter by default to reduce user workload. Also, map zooming is cumbersome and requires far too much zooming in to see trail names, to the point where you can only see one trail at a time when doing so. Also, can you PLEASE fix the tracking? Time zones, lack of maps, leaderboards, and badges, poor error handling, inability to edit bad data, etc.

I bought a new pass but it doesn't show up in my epic account. And there is no real way to retrieve it. This app is pretty much 100% useless. Plus, it never remembers your login credentials . Update: 10/29/24 Once the snow skison started the app worked fine, last year. It's buggy again this fall, but I'm sure they'll work it out before I actually need to use it.

Edit: Opened the app a few days later and found my photo was verified so it worked. But still annoyed that there was no indication my photo was uploaded successfully when the app crashed every time I was attempted, leading me to try again and again (see below) Old: Downloaded this app to activate my mobile ski pass for the coming season. The app keeps crashing when trying to add/verify my photo. Cannot get past that stage. Hopefully this will be fixed before the season starts.

I would like to report a bug. ~~~ Reproduction steps: | 1. Open app | 2. Log in | 3. App crashes (Push notification for "Mobile pass inactive" still visible but nothing happens when clicked) ~~~ Environment details: | OS: Android 9 | Model: SM-N950U | My Epic: Skiing and Snowboarding version: 15.2.0 ~~~ I apologize for the harsh rating, but also the application is virtually useless on my device. I'd be happy to revise my rating once I'm able to access the app's functionality. Thank you.

You click the button to start tracking your day and you get to see nothing but a thinking wheel. Eventually your battery drains and you can't even use your phone to look at your downloaded pdf map. 2024 update... They've worked the bugs out and the updates are nice. Find a friend will be a great add if it works!

App no longer works. As others have stated, the latest update to this app broke it. It won't open at all, and just crashes repeatedly. Please test your updates more thoroughly in the future. Vail Resorts certainly has enough money to ensure that they release software that works properly.

App never loaded, I even deleted it and reinstalled it, and the only part that would load is asking for my sign-in, I enter that, and it turns blue, and never changes, I had it sitting on my desk for 3 hours, just to see if it would change after then, it did not
