Added some shoes that I liked to cart, then when I was finally gonna check out it said "sorry, these shoes are no longer available." This happened with 3 more pairs. I'm not trying again. You need to fix the app, because how are the shoes available to add to cart then you get the disappointment of them not being actually available

App works smoothly with no issues. Would give it 5 stars if you had the option to be notified when items are restocked. Hopefully they'll implement it in the future

Van's Family has been a way for me to get the shoes, socks & swag that I've always wanted. But more of it. Which colorway do I want? Screw it, I'll take 'em both. Been wearing Van's for awhile now. Since my first pair in '92, which were black Half Cab's. They wore well & when almost worn... Duct Tape baby!! Okay, one thing I don't like about the app is the speed or lack of when navigating. America Online dial up was faster. Plus, I got to watch the AOL guy sprint across my screen while waiting.

So far, the UI experience has been improving, and it never ceases to surprise me! The sales are baller, the perks are neat, and the reward system is pretty good. I recommend turning notifications on, too. Trust me!

APP IS FINALLY FIXED! Much better improved design, actually loads correctly, filters are snappy, can go back properly on menus, absolutely what the app should've been all along. Idk if you guys fired your old devs or what but you got it right this time!

A while back I had around 1300 points and I was wanting to get the wall flag(1500 points at the time), but suddenly it changed to be 2000 points. I was kinda confused but whatever so i continued getting points to get the flag. As I started nearing the 2000 point mark, all the rewards, except for the contests, were gone. So if you're looking forward to tge rewards more than anything else on the app, its a big no go. Other than rewards everything else about the app is rad.

Great app for a great company. Allows easy access to my rewards and lets me apply to contests easily through the app as well. Also helps planning out shoes for the school year with the kids.
