CNC Drejebænk Simulator er en softwaresimulator af en numerisk styredrejebænk er en pædagogisk metodologisk udvikling beregnet til grundlæggende fortrolighed af nybegyndere maskinbygningsspecialister med principperne for programmering af deledrejeoperationer ved hjælp af standard G-kode (ISO).

Den tredimensionelle simuleringsmodel er baseret på en drejebænk med en skrå leje, udstyret med et CNC-system, et tolv-positions tårnhoved, en tre-kæbepatron, en tailstock, et system til tilførsel af smøre- og kølevæske og andre enheder. Materialet bearbejdes langs to kontrollerede akser.

Softwareproduktets anvendelsesområde: pædagogisk proces ved hjælp af computerteknologi: laboratorieundervisning af studerende i computerklasser, fjernundervisning, demonstrationsunderstøttelse af forelæsningsmateriale i gruppen af uddannelsesområder og specialer: «Metallurgi, teknik og materialebearbejdning».

Applikationens hovedfunktioner: redigering af koden for styreprogrammer for en drejebænk, operationer med styreprogramfiler, opsætning af geometriske parametre for et skæreværktøj, kontinuerlig/trinvis udførelse af kontrolprogramblokke, tredimensionel visualisering af værktøjsbevægelser i maskinens arbejdsområde, forenklet visualisering af emneoverfladen, beregning af en proces-referenceguide, beregning af en proces-referenceguide.

Type målcomputerenhed og understøttet platform: IBM – kompatibel pc, der kører Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh-pc, der kører MacOS, mobile enheder baseret på Android- og iOS-operativsystemer.

Softwarens grafikkomponent bruger OpenGL 2.0 komponentbasen.

Programmets grafiske brugergrænseflade er implementeret på engelsk.

Well, I've bought the app as I believed it would help me with my job and it actually does for sometime (2-3 weeks) then for some reason it start crashing every time I'm trying to open keyboard to write program and start the machine. The app says that it happens because it has a bug, but after clearing cache it won't work anyway. Very disappointed! Money in the bin

After weeks of part creation using 4 different operation programs in succession to create a part I've noticed a major glitch in the software. Everytime I get to the 4th program, did some editing and ran it the software glitches and turns my large circular part into a circular pyramid on the 4th program midway through a cut and then crashes moments later every single time!? Is there a maximum line number of line code the software can handle or perhaps it can't handle moderately complex shapes??

Everythingon this app seems like it would be great. Except the fact that it crashes evertime i select the programming screen. The app just closes if i try to tap it. Would be a really good app if that didnt happen. I even tried loading an existing program, and it still crashes if i select the program screen.

Super app for using when you don't have a Computer around. easy to use and beneficial for interns and intermediate machinists, i strongly recommend it, you won't regret it. And also it would be great if there's a milling machine version. Thank You. 👍👍

Can't believe the G02 & G03 are the wrong way round and also the G41 & G42 are too. Also doesnt allow you to open program that hasn't been written in the app itself, even though the free version led me to believe that you would be able to if you buy the app. I would love to rate this higher but im afraid these 3 issues, 2 are major flaws, has ruined it.

I had this app on my old phone and worked great! Now I have a Note20, and it seems like somethings are defective. Mostly the camera and angles. I can change angles via the button but it doesn't allow me to pan or move the camera with my fingers. So some views are obstructed.

I wish it had more drilling options. I use this to simulate prototypes on the go but I need smaller drill bit sizes. It would be vary helpful to get down to at least 1/16th. Also would be nice to program your own cnc machine specs to give true cycle times. Overall I'm happy with it.

The only problem that I have with the app currently is that I purchased it but everytime I go to open it up I have to hit the key button to unlock everything. This sends me back to Google play store to open it from there.
