I booked a flight with travel up and was disappointed to find that luggage was not included for the return flight. I tried to add luggage, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone when I called. I finally spoke to someone on the phone, but they didn't call me back as promised. I tried calling again the next day, but no one answered. I hope this review helps other people avoid similar problems.

Recommended. Easy booking The price didn't change after I made the booking Got confirmation email straightaway I felt worry a bit because unlike other websites, I got the e-tickets not straightaway, but anyway I got them in 2 days (their policy said e-tickets will be received in 3 days). The trip was very smooth with no issue at all.

Shameful service when your staff can't be bothered to ring the airline to get a medical waiver. DO NOT waste your money with these heartless people. Pay a bit more and book direct. They couldn't be bothered to call BA for a medical waiver when BA told me and confirmed in writing that they'd issue one, if the travel agent just called them. They were only interested in us paying £600 to move the date. Even BA apologised for them. Shameful

I tried to calling you, but there wasn't any response. the voice message keep saying " you will wait over one hour " and my queue number was 6.! I will definitely recommend you to have prompt customer service, because traveling is hectic and when your travel agent is unreasonable is major problem. sometimes the issues may be simply flight changes or date changes. typically Airline will not help you unless you purchase the tickets from them. P.S. your app doesn't support any changes.

STAY AWAY! My girlfriend and I used this agency to book a reservation for a hotel right on the beach in Clearwater Beach, Florida. When I arrived there hotel had no record of my reservation. Upon investigation, I discovered that even though I had selected a beach hotel in Clearwater they had actually reserved me in a hotel that is 20 minutes away in a much less desirable place. When I called the agency they showed a complete lack of concern and did nothing to make the situation right.

Got registered easily. That's all. Clicked book a trip...nothing. asked assistant...nothing. This App was part of my Wyndham purchase for discounts on trips. Still can't do anything with it. It's like a paperweight on my desk...not worth the frustration of having an app that doesn't work appropriately.

Good prices indeed, but not such a good customer service. App did not found my reservation, had to enter the data manually. It is easy to use. I booked 2 rooms in a hotel in Varadero, Cuba; one double room and another double plus one kid; next day I tried to add a kid to the double room occupied by 2 adults, and they said that my reservation was non-refundable (true) and non-changeable (false). I just followed what they stated in the confirmation email 'In case of any amendment please contact us'

Zero help, what a worst service. Do not buy tickets from them guys. Buy it from the original airways. They told me that I have to pay the same flight price to make the flight changes additional to my original flight price. It meant it would cost me double the price to travel. What a shame. I was hoping a lot better service from them when I booked the tickets. Wouldn't recommend at all guys. Stay safe
