The camera does not work well. In the slightest. There's some kind of disconnect with the app and the camera system. Certain angles or lighting makes the app think the picture didn't take. Really odd. The only way I could get it to work properly was to cover my camera lens and take the picture in all black. This is a pretty basic feature to program for. Shouldn't be this difficult to use. IPhone 15 Pro Max. Will try on my other phone, which is an S23.

Frustrating..... the new update just added more steps to complete loads and made it more of a mystery to do so. I dare you to count the steps/clicks it takes to deliver a load using this.... You'll lose count. Also having the OK selection pop up in a tinted box is beyond UN helpful trying to see it using A CELL PHONE!! I think they're trying to much at one time. It does have potential, but currently very beta. This shouldn't take a training course to use,,5/15/23 made even more steps to deliver

Slow. Very slow. App freezes. Refreshes in the middle of actions causeing mishaps that must be redone. Must wait for a refresh everytime it's opened. Takes 15-25 seconds before app responds due to refresh. It's not long but when your in a flow and then have to stand there and wait for every unit, it's terrible. Especially when it's every unit. Adding documents section is clunky.

I support myself as a commercial truck driver hauling vehicles and feel this app has a lot of potential but it feels like a beta release due to all the glitches and random restarts. I frequently have to relaunch the app after taking photos or inserting damage codes. Last night I couldn't leave a dealership because Magnus wouldn't send a delivery receipt. I had to delete my loads and my dispatcher has to resend them, then I had to reinput codes and go through the delivery process again. Not happy

Horribly unintuitive UI. Not straightforward at all to inspect and load a unit, picture taking is clunky, delivery signature is on a completely separate tab from all the pickup info. would it be so hard to have two clearly labeled buttons saying "Pickup Signature" and "Delivery Signature" like any other (good) app. "Loaded unsent" is so very frustratingly vague. How do you screw up a simple concept this badly

The only better thing from V-tas is a possibility to use flash light while scanning even your phone battery is 2%. My opinion, at least two very important things definitely should be changed: - load color review (orange/blue) as it was previously in V-tas; so much easier to recognize different cars by destination; - code #87 which has appeared instead #60. There is no possibility (no option) to apply a picture (such as dirt, snow etc.) made for one car to all cars from the same load.

On a s24 ultra the Scanner is not reliable at all. You scan a vin and numbers or letters are missing most of the time. The app tells you, wrong vin when it's the right vin. Becareful when scanning vins into a manual load make sure you read the whole vin number since the scanner is not taking all the digits. Hopefully it gets fixed

God awful lag. Sluggish. Will oftentimes not respond at all unless to scroll. It is impossible to navigate smoothly and quickly. Clean install onto a new OnePlus 12. Still having the same issues as my previous Samsung. I hate it.
