Incredible amounts of free content. I am thoroughly enjoying learn about the sport, its history, and its current affairs :)

I love the content available but the app itself is poor. Poor UI makes it difficult to navigate and it logs you out often. Incredibly frustrating but if you can live with that, the content is fantastic for a fan of rugby. It seems like anything that someone is not claiming TV rights to is available to watch live plus extra content specifically for the app. Amazing

This really is a useless app. You sign up. Get ready to play live content (JvE). Received notifications that live content is available. Then, when you try and watch, you get the message, "This content is unavailable." Why? Either Rugbypass TV has developed a duff platform OR Google have failed to stress test the app and shown a lack of due diligence. Either way, a lot of personal data has been shared for what? Nothing! Oh, and there is NO access point to get help. Now that is really clever.

Good for watching 7s. The video player struggles on my phone and it often won't play live or on demand videos. Try again in a couple hours and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can deal with it because it's free so it's not like I'm losing anything by being inconvenienced. I do wish that the thumbnails for the HSBC sevens matches did not display the scores. It takes away a lot of the fun knowing what my team scored before I even open the video. Please don't display scores on thumbnails

In Korea. Can't watch any full match 2023 world cup replays. There's no red play button, but there is one for other, less valued content. The promise of a nice service without the follow through it seems.

Live Streams never work which is really dissapointing as i was looking forward to the WXV tournaments, i now will be uninstalling the app

I really love this app and it's really good and I get to look at the games I love because I don't have sky sports
