this app will not allow me to "update" when prompted to do so. I "uninstalled" and then reinstalled, but still no success. because my app won't update, I cannot access my tickets.

Don't have enough information on app to get updates or even open from Google store. so far it doesn't work.

This app was bad last year and it isn't any better this year (at least on the Android side). Frequent crashes and error messages. Scores often not up to date and at busy times takes forever to update even with strong Internet connection. Tournament WiFi is also bad, with frequent disconnections. Unfortunate. The venue is world class, the organizers need to make the web experience just as good.

This app is bad. The scores tab and draws tab don't work. I click them and then the app freezes for 3 - 5 seconds. Then the app automatically closes. Also, when some matches are over the app says they are still being played and doesn't have the final score. Please fix this app before tournament ends.

Every year this app is horrible. The scores section shows every match on the schedule, and not just the active ones. The schedule is out-of-order for times. You cannot get to the players information from the scores or the schedule. I expect better.

I have downloaded this app 3 times and it crashes upon opening every time. I was wanting to attend this event, but if I cannot even get the app to work and they are forcing me to own a phone to buy a ticket, they can forget it. I won't drive 8 hours to attend if I can't even get a ticket. Why can't I just walk up to the booth and buy a freaking ticket. Does it really have to be that complicated? Really..... oh well, TV it is.....in my a/c.

Poorly implemented. App doesn't respect orientation lock settings. Keeps flipping screen sideways etc. App wants full location permissions. Even when not using the app. UI design is from the 90s. Which isn't a problem if the app would work. No benefit of the app over just using their website. Except maybe their push notifications in case of emergency.

Horrible! Downloaded to use while at the tournament. Asked volunteers around the grounds: How do I find out who's doing autograph session? How do I know times of practices/matches & which courts? All said, "It's on the app." No it's not! And most practice/game times are incorrect. App is useless. Google ur ?'s. I found all info by googling while app was clueless.
