No response from technical team on my problem below. I tried to return the ring as it is not working properly, but seller refused to return it. It keeps connecting and disconnecting frequently. the counts do not appear on the app. I don't know how many times I pressed the counter button on the ring. I am using Equantu 13. thanks wesam I am using ring QB708

I am experiencing a very bad time with the app. It really does not reach the counts proper. After the latest update to the ring, I am totally unable to reset the counter. It connects and disconnects so many times. Even had trouble trying to reconnect after awhile. Only reason why I have 2 is because I really like the ring. Do really consider this app and the ring you are going to purchase.The real time Tasbeeh counter is now unable to reset from to reset. Iqobla is much better.

I am experiencing an issue with the Tasbeeh app after the latest update. The vibration function is not working properly, especially after 33 counts and Namaz time. This issue affects the usability of the app for prayers. Kindly look into this and provide a fix as soon as possible. I appreciate your support and hope for a quick resolution.

Error message 'Operation failed' whenever to confirm resetting the counter to 0, or when to change or to switch to the different set of tasbeeh or counters. The ring is bound to the app, but as you cannot reset the real-time tasbeeh counter, the ring can no longer functioning. 10 Feb 2025. Thank you. It has been resolved. Appreciate your excellent response.

With QB702 Lite. Very good counter for dzikr, with standard 33 and 100 cycle, and we can add our own. But prayer alert is problem. After I modified / corrected prayer time, then the alert become incorrect. More worse, we can not reset data in the ring, keep pushing it to app. Data in app should be the master. Please fix it. Please provide additional features : 1. to reset the ring and app 2. to change font size and colour on the ring. QB702 Lite counter font is smaller. 3. Tahajud alert. Thanks

Model SQ668 :New update firmware v1.7 brings big number font which is nice. But,since the update cannot reset to zero manually after touch/pressing 3 sec like firmware v1.4. Got any workaround for this?? Or should had option enabled to turn on or off manual touch reset. Please bring this feature back / fix ASAP 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hello team, I would like to ask if the app is currently having some issues? I cannot reset the counter and when I want to change the other dzikir, the app said Operation failed. Kindly help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
