Your app work flawlessly, there's a minor bug where the android application doesn't sync the three-part name correctly with your web portal, it swaps the second name with the third last name.

It used to be a great app, but since it got updated, I can't log in at all, even when I tried to reset my password, they didn't send me any mail, although I put my ID number correct and the email address. I also contacted them via whatssap messages and they sent me a link of a YouTube video to show how to reset password. The problem is not in how we do it, it's about the lack of response. I hope they'll do something!!!

So this app is already a big deal. To my surprise it recognized my old ENR website account meaning that the bookings info are up to date and as accurate as possible. However, the app a) is buggy, b) requires users to register a national ID number and doesn't provide an alternative to foreigners, and c) not all trains are available, esp the Giza-Aswan sleeping trains! Not even the regular trains! Imagine how great it would be, if all types of passenger trains were available through this app.

Very strange not to find any available seats - 1st. or 2nd. classes - on middle-week-days reservation, and the application doesn't has the new Talgo Spanish train, that will start working today from Cairo to Alexandria Update: Please add the retired people discount to your purchase screen, so they can book seats and pay online after getting this discount! Update: 1-Until now, didn't add Russian III aircond booking 2- The details button doesn't show the stops but only the first & last stations

Why did you change the app ? The old app was way more easier to use and was working very well, it also helped me to know what tickets are available offline in the station before having to go there just to inquire. Now after update I faced several issues and couldn't complete the transaction.

The most terrible experience I've ever had, i booked a train 2day that has been 2 hours delayed to arrive and around 2 more hours on the way just laying over. So i decided to cancel the same train that I already booked for the next week due to this terrible experience accordingly I've been charged 18 pounds for the cancelation which is not even mentioned in the cancelation policy not even considering how terrible the service provided is or the reason for the cancelation which is their fault.

I am checking all available trips during the last 3 months and the problem is that not all daily trips available in the application. All trips and the available seats in tickets window should be available to end user continuously as this very helpful.
