Constantly receiving notifications for schedule changes, while there are none and for no reason I am logged out after every 15 minutes. I find it very disturbing having to login every time, since the app doesn't let you remember login or password. Better use the website, as most browsers remember this information. When this is fixed I will start using it and change my review. Cheers.

Not really an app. It just opens a browser window to the website. You have to log in every time, it does not remember your session. The fingerprint login doesn't work. It doesn't have any expected features of an app, such as settings and notifications. It would be really useful if you got a notification every time they change your work planning, which happens often, sometimes in the evening. Also notifications for payslip, for ready transport planning, etc., so you don't have to log in every tim

The "new notification" message is for nothing. When I click it, it leads me to the login page of myOtto app and after I log in it doesn't lead me directly to the new notification message that I got. What bothered me is that you have to log in every time. Such a headache. There is no remember me button or stay logged in which is a downside and also sometimes, you cannot download the documents within the app. You tap the button to download the document of choice and it doesn't do anything.

Shitshow of an agency and the app is unbearable, not to mention you have to login every single time oh and I don't recieve notifications at all.. I only hear bad things about OTTO. They dont't care about you. Save yourself some time and go work with another agency.

My planing is updated once or twice a week and is usually incorect, I went to work at 6am, was sent back home and had to come back at 15o clock, I'm close to quitting my job because of this app. Nobody cares about your photo contest or sit up plan, fix the important things first!

No notification on planning change but useless advertisement notifications popping up. Very buggy application developed of unexpirienced stuff most probably. Most of the time server is down giving all sort of errors.

Working for OTTO is the biggest headache ever, you get moved on a whim, without a 48h notice even. Your days get cut and you wont get an explanation for it, even if you have a contract guaranteeing 128 hours per month, and if by any chance you fall short of them, due to their incompetence or glaring lack of interest, they will ask you to put unpaid leave for the amount needed to get your guaranteed hours, if you ever hear come work for OTTO, don't, save yourself the headache and stress.

Newest update with login token ,unnecesarly complicated everything Most of the time the token doesnt work And i cant login in the app and cant see my work planning so i dont know at what time to go to work. In the end i cant go to work because of it. I lose time, the company money, all because of adding features that nobody asked for.
