Uninstalled the app for two reasons. Firstly don't really see any benefit over the analysis provided by my current smart meter (which hasn't failed to provide analytical data, unlike Greenely). Perhaps the features will come in the future, but don't see them there yet. Secondly have to rate the customer service as poor. Emailed after being locked out of the account. They said they would send me a reset token - never arrived and no further communication with them! I don't mind supporting new business start-ups like Greenely, but not when it becomes onerous to utilise. Have given three stars for their good intentions and potential.

Original review below. Customer service is exceptional, and now the app is set up, it's brilliant. Much more functionality than a usual IHD and dead easy to use. Some parts of the app still need translating to English, but that's easy to overlook. Useless. Verification system doesn't recognise my face as a face so it's unusable. Rammel.

Reports wrong values and later corrects them. Says september but values are from August and so on. These errors are in most tabs. Estimated monthly bill is always WAY off in start of a month and slowly corrects the value as days pass. Bad algorithm. Confusing and misleading. Upsides: stable. Easy to use. No annoying popups. Nice UI. I will look for other solutions.

Great app, im using it to see hourly, daily, weekly and monthly usage, using smart plugs to make our electric usage more efficient. Fantastic app! Would be great to have the facility to enter my cost per kwh to see this reflected on the charts and data tables, otherwise it has everything I hoped for! Thanks Greenly :-)

The app do not show the correct costs charged by Greenely. Greenely adds 30-40 öre/kwh mainly in "Balansansvar" costs which is invisible in the app and also at least 10x more than competition. A detailed specifications hour by hour can not be shown either in the app och by Greenely customer support. Price history for pervious months are changing on a daily basis in the app and is always way to low compared to the invoice. Has cancelled my commitment to Greenely and will not return.

App works well overall & I use it daily. Don't understand though why data shows up for previous day as most recent and not continually. I have a greenely hourly contract so it's definitely measured by a "smart meter" ongoing. Please share that data with your customers after every hour within same day. Much easier for understanding which appliances and what behavior leads to consumption peaks, than looking back 1-2 days later. Overall: Satisfied. Greenely customer service solves issues quickly.

Nice idea but the graphs and data presentation needs work. For example the electricy usage graph changes the values on the y axis, making it close to impossible to compare 2 months or days to eachother, which could greatly help to study your behaviour and decrease electricity consumption. I understand that it needs to be variable to accommodate 2 kwh/day users and 200 kwh/day users but make it selectable or something.

All worked ok for several.months. now I have no new data since end of July '22 (nearly 2 months). Nothing has changed at my end. I have updated the app,uninstalled, reinstalled etc, but my data is still stuck at July.
