App kicks me off for no apparent reason, requires a code for logging back in, gives me a 5-minute window to use the code - then sends the code 15 minutes later... and this happens repeatedly. I havent been able to pay my bill for over half a day because of this. And this is a telco company... Customer service is impossible to contact, AI "assistant" is hopelessly useless for even the most basic things. Pure frustratlon. How on earth can such a big brand allow to have such poor service?

Excellent compared to Vodafone! Translations are available (Eng and Ukrainian!), but not everything is translated and not everything is translated well (hence, 4 star. Well, that and a few other minor things).

Terrible app and service. The telekom packages are extremely expensive and not worth the price. Even the app itself isn’t fully in English; some sections are randomly in Hungarian, which makes it very confusing. The chat feature is awful, and it’s impossible to connect with an operator. My signal has been dropping for two days now, and despite visiting both the app and a physical store, nothing has been resolved. This is by far the worst and most overpriced SIM card provider in Hungary.

the root detection is just pointless anoyance. does not increase security even if it wouldnt be increadibly easy to bypass. it just adds an unnecessary extra step for the power user for no reason. i just dont get it

You are so incompetents... Moving the main menu button to the bottom right corner is incredible idiot thing: we read from left to right and from top to bottom, this is our priority. Get back to school... Forbidding the app if the phone is rooted is stupid. 102 MB for this mainly useless app is a measure of your art!! Sok honap ota nem müködik: vége...

Absolute garbage. The worst is that the chat is completely broken, so if you have ANY issue, you cannot even complain about it.

Useful for paying phone bills and accessing the discount card. No detailed information for home subscriptions and no way of changing them either. The app is only available in Hungarian no additional languages are available. Contians promotions that pop up between your subscription item list its rather annoying. re: aye cheers, apparently you're removing features as well with your continuous development, so I won't hold my breath.
