Not good app. There ware much problem with login, and connection. Thanks for your reply. The issue, didn't solve, 'cause if I follow your solution, the issue is always that I review. With previous version, I don't have any of this issues. I've downloaded that version. I hope that the problems there aren't yet. I haven't any problems with on line (internet version of your platform). Only apps don't recognised my password. I'm continuing to use on line version.

On android 11, on realme 8 5g, when you receive a pec email, even if you read it with all the recipits, the bitification alert remains. So you cant understand if a new pec arrives or is only the old useless notification that should disappear. Same problem if u read pec email from the pc. On the phone app remain the old useless notification. The only way to fix is to restart your mobile phone. (Aruba guys suggested me to uninstall and re install the app on my phone: crazy)

The last update (Sept21) is a disaster, it crashes constantly upon authentication, whether via pin or thumb print. Safety and reliability are the key requisites, and when one isn't satisfied ...

Extremely frustrating login experience

I can login only first time after install. When I open the app for the second time It asks me for verify my identity but It refuses my password. I need to unininstall It and then reinstall again. Why not to use a simple login screen?
