The app works only sometimes. Very disappointing. Happened 4 times already on different ocasions that once i park the car and open tha app to pay, it just doesnt load. All you can see is unipark logo on white screen and nothing happens. So disappointing especially when you are in a rush and expecting to pay for parking quickly.

Current version does not work, does not load most of the time. Manage to get it to load, started parking. Did not manage to stop - app did not load. Had to call customer service. Terrible experience - impossible to pay for half of Vilnius parking places

Constant wakelocks and battery drain. After each use must be force stopped.

I stopped my parking and I payed for it. Message pop out saying that I have 15 minutes to leave. ok! next morning when I wanted to started another session I found out that the timer is still running! I payed again 13 euro cause I needed to start a new parking session, and again I couldn't start a new one because the other one was still counting. only helpline stopped the counter. 13 euro paid... also the app doesn't stop the counter if it hits the free carparking time!

The app works fine notmally. Special thanks for a reminder that an active service is running. The tech support is responsive too. - Lately I was very disappointed that in order to stop the parking that was running for an hour, I had to update the app. 4 star for now, but if it won't appear again, I'll get it 5 stars.

Slow. Buggy. Unstable. Unreliable. Uses Android framework design anti-patterns. 50% of time I cannot even start/stop parking and app show to call it's some kind of support. Doesn't support android auto and tablet mode (aka Rockship custom autoaudio). Total junkware. Only fix to this app can only be remastering this app... 2 stars because it works sometimes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Extremely unreliable in current version. Out of 6 times when I had to use this app 4 times had to reinstall in last few weeks. Usually the authentification process does nothing. Only response is when passcode is incorrect. Overall handy app if using commonly unipark services. But for now, when starting going to your car in parking make sure that it is operating and you have enough time to uninstall or reinstall..

Have to keep sliding park button to park many many times. After selecting the correct zone, on the confirmation screen it still shows the wrong zone. Have to keep trying until it works. Had a major problem where I stopped parking in one place. It said it was successful. Then when I used the app 2 days later, I realised it said I had been parked for over 2 days. Contacted support who told me to delete and instal app again. Good idea but lots of bugs in this app.
