I like the app, a couple of suggestions : 1. don't ask where i want to pay to, just auto default the correct majlis perbandaran because i don't know which is the correct one anyway, 2. Give a clear alarm when parking is finished so that people can top up if necessary. This will complement the 10 minute warning which may have been missed due to its notification setting being soft. Thanks!

Parking in Selangor have always been a nightmare, and not forgetting the parking machines on the street doesn't work most of the time, and the paper parking coupons! Thank you to the team that made this app happened! Just hope that the instructions on app can be improved, it should be more intuitive, like a button that literally says "Pay Parking", wanted to pay parking just now but had to test a few buttons. Great effort nonetheless

Can be slightly useful for paying for parking or compound in Selangor and occasionally notifies you when parking is about to expire. Wanted to perform credit transfer as I'll be shifting out of Selangor but the credit transfer has been offline for "upgrading works" for the last 4 months (at least), so impossible to transfer out credit that I won't be using. Waste of my money.

Frustrating. Can't drop pin in the map anymore so can't pay parking for my elderly parent. I used to pay parking for them remotely but now the app keeps reverting to my own gps location and it no longer allows me to choose the location of the parking via the map. The only choice is to select the location from the drop down menu but this will only be possible if you know the name of the parking district where the car is. No information given on which parking space belongs to which district.

It has been numerous times that this apps show an error; no internet connection. So funny as other apps on my phone work perfectly as it's connected to internet. And the best part is that, everytime this problem occured, there will be summon on my windshield. What wrong with this apps????? Please do something on this apps.

Still waiting for the password reset link. It's been 2 weeks. Requested many many times Update: finally received 2 (expired) links, out of many requests. Nobody picked up the phone too when I call the provided number. Password reset link must be immediately sent. Imagine this happen to you when you're at a parking lot to make a payment.

I do not know who are the personnel that actually came up idea and with this but kudos to that person and team behind this. Parking in selangor has never been easier than this!! There used to be so many different type of parking systems back then but with this, i do not have to worry about broken parking machines or running out of coupon. Seriously, great work!! Looking forward to more innovations in selangor!!

Used it to pay for the first time. Quite convient. Small bug issue, that can be fixed. Eg, once scan kompaun number: it says number not in the right jurisdiction but after pressing ok able to see the ticket and unable to send the receipt by email, takes a long time to load, it says unable to receive server. Fix this, should be better. Thanks.
