I don't know what to say. I've been using yes for the last four years , it's good so far. But lately , the internet seems to be a little bit of a problem.. it's not as smooth and fast as it is before, what happened? Also I always got randomly bad ping and it's so annoying when I'm playing a game and randomly have to reconnect over and over again. please fix this.

Frequent disconnection, nearly everyday and just troublesome. You have to switch off the modem and switch it on again, and it happens more frequently when it rains. Otherwise my speed is really good. Get a fiber connection if possible, and only get this ,if no fiber is available in your area..

Bad Telco. No coverage in building (Maybank Tower KL). Reason given: high rise building n compartment, but other Telcos working well. Delay in updating payment via online banking, max 5 days. No assistance may be rendered. Update: submitted complaint few times due to bad coverage. Same reason given. Cant terminate service due to lengthy contract.

getting worse day by day.. dropped calls have been menacing for past few weeks.. can't browse simple webpage even by connecting to 5g network.. network availability is as horrible..no indoor signals.. especially @ hospitals..will change to other service providers by end of this month..sorry for the negative review..✌🏾✌🏾🙏🏾

The application is fine, and I love the UI. The internet is also fast on a 5G phone. The downside of Yes Telco is that the internet is unstable. If you live in an area that fully supports 5G, it doesn't mean the internet is always there for you. If I accidentally tap the flight mode or restart my phone, the internet will disappear for like 5-10 minutes. Sometimes the 5G will change to 4G for like an hour or so. You will experience a sluggish connection like the 4G just exists only by its name.

Submit for network related ticket but always receive copy paste standard answer template. Several areas always experience no or slow connection. pay for service but never get any support
