Having a bad experience with you guys, it's going on 3 weeks to get back a credit check when the vehicle was returned 2 weeks ago. Don't think i'll be getting any more rentals from American Lease.

Worst app, my car is locked, I can not even see the pass code to unlcok the car, I am stuck in a freezey weather outside. No customer care support. They don't have any customer support. It really a bad business policy of this American Lease. Try avoid this complany guys.

The app always give network conection issues and is not because of internet because everything else work but this app. Even in wifi still wont conect. This is a huge inconvenient

Worst app can get another device approve to work. Traveled out of the country changed phones and now tryinv to make a payment and i cant worst app ever.. Lost one complete day of work and company wont work with me for this day lost

At the beginning it was working fine, but now it is a mess. whenever I tried to upload any kind of document it gets disconected. There's no way to do anything.

Scamners!!!!! Blood sucking leashes! Do not use their services. they force you to keep the car longer and hit you with hidden fees. your better off using your own car outside the city.
